3 medium marshmallows
1 cup creamy peanut sauce
3 tablespoons light rum
1 tablespoon light lemon juice
3 tablespoons orange juice
Mix marshmallows and peanut sauce in small batches.
Add rum and lemon juice and mixture to marshmallows. Mix well and serve immediately after soy sauce or tamarind with cooking liquor.
