1/4 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
3 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Stir together eggs, vanilla, and cream of mushroom soup mix, taking care to combine thoroughly. Pour mixture over muffin tins, covering completely.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
