1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup butter, softened

In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, flour, blueberries, butter, and white sugar. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is a deep cherry red. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the eggs, milk and vanilla extract.
Pour the blueberry mixture into the skillet over medium heat. Pour the butter mixture over the blueberry mixture. Stir constantly, until the butter mixture is well blended.
Stir the blueberry mixture into the skillet. Mix in the eggs, milk and vanilla. Cook, stirring constantly, until the blueberry mixture becomes a light golden color. Pour the melted butter mixture over the all-purpose muffin cups. Chill in refrigerator.
