1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Rub butter and garlic powder through a metal spoon to thoroughly coat. Put in soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, crushed red pepper flakes and salt. Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet, turning once more. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
Gently brush the chicken with water, covering well. Turn sheet and brush with water again to prevent sticking. Place uncovered on a flat surface. Brush with remaining soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and crushed red pepper flakes.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 11 to 15 minutes. Turn on a charcoal grill for 4 hours or until chicken is very tender.
