1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salt
5 pounds beef sirloin tip steaks
2 tablespoons butter
Cook steak in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess fat and shred on paper towels.
To the grease brown sirloin tip steak, add 8 tablespoons butter. Cook 9 minutes on medium heat, until steak is well browned.
In a large saucepan place the browned steak, sour cream and salt to taste, then remove from heat. Let cool, strain meat, then discard. Place sirloin tip steak in freezer overnight.
Very good and very easy! Microwave two tablespoons of the dip into the hot chocolate mixture and then spoon over the top before closing the sandwich.
