1 cup margarine, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chopped chocolate
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
Use an electric or butter knife to mix together margarine and eggs. Stir in oil, then sugar. Beat in vanilla, salt, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate, then mix in salt. Mix in vanilla extract and almond extract. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 1 hour. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake an additional 15 minutes. Uncover the pan, and let cool completely.
