1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
3/4 cup brandy
2 cubes lemon cream
1 fluid ounce ginger ale
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 pint citrus sherbet
In a shot glass, mix pineapple juice, brandy, lemon cream, ginger ale, and ice cream. Stir in lime sherbet and chill.
