1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup honey
1 cup instant coffee granules
1 (16 ounce) can whole honey-roasted pineapple
4 cups water
In a blender, combine cream cheese, sugar, honey and instant coffee. Blend until smooth; pour into glasses. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve in a tall and thin mug or over ice.
