1 (9 inch) pie shell
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (28 ounce) can cream-style cream
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (15 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can peeled and diced avocados
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat eggs, margarine, milk, and cream cheese. Stir in butter, cream cheese, margarine, cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until custard is a golden brown. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Cool completely, and refrigerate mixture.
