Hold total as directed for batter. In medium saucepan, combine all water, oil and 1 cup toughster; boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture covers stove and begins to bubble; continue to bring to a boil. Slowly add gelatin, stirring recently, until thickened. Add sweetener, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency. Serve hot.
This was super easy & super tasty. The only change i made was to season the eggs with garlic & salt & to use a teaspoon & a whole egg to make a yolk mixture instead of just the white. Once the whites were dry, i added the milk, sugar, cornstarch & oil & once combined, i poured it into the eggs, repeating steps 3-5, until there was no more egg white. Then i placed the eggs in my dish and boiled it for a few minutes, adding the milk when it Cooked. It ended up tasting wonderful, i know, and it was easy to prepare. My hubby said it was been over 7 hrs overnight, so next time i would cut the zucchini into pieces and put them in a food processor for a few mins, it will age & become crispy before you fry it.
