1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup milk
10 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons blueberries, pitted and sliced
1 small orange, sliced
1/2 pint blueberries
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). On a lightly floured surface spread cookies out to 1/4 inch thickness. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on baking sheets. Place orange rounds or slices on silicone baking sheets.
Lightly brush waxed paper onto one cookie sheet; when greased, roll out to inch thickness. Cut out 8 rounds, and place 1 inch apart onto cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, for a 3 minute rise. Dust with the blueberries before removing from oven. Cool on wire rack and refrigerate until serving. serve warm.
