6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 (6 ounce) can mushroom soup
1 (3 ounce) package dry Swiss cheese blend
1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 carrot, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, pitted and sliced
Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl; sprinkle with spinach, mushroom soup and cheese.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken in the skillet, and cook 5 minutes on each side, or until evenly browned. Remove from the skillet, and place in a serving dish. Sprinkle with mushrooms and mushrooms. Top with carrot, cheese, mushrooms and chicken.
