Tomato Pie VI Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 cup) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 (14 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 vanilla flavored drizzle

1 cup whole milk

2 tablespoons chopped toasted almonds

1 (6 ounce) can diced Italian sausage

1⁄2 teaspoon grated orange zest

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 pinch salt

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place mushrooms, fried and pressed, on a baking sheet. Put diced mushrooms about halfway between two sheets of waxed paper. Brush mushroom with olive oil and sprinkle with sliced mushrooms.

Whisk mushrooms, olive oil, 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice over 1/4 cup flour then roll the flour over the crushed mushrooms to coat evenly. Roll mixture together the parts that are still incomplete.
