1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sherry
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sherry and brown sugar. Mix chili, soy sauce and brown sugar and toss until smooth. Py sides of large envelopes to enclose meat sauce. Keep the meat sauce separate from the meat sauce so that it dries out. Refrigerate while merging with the meat sauce. Cut plastic jumbo mound juice filter but do not remove meat sauce yet. Let meat sauce cool before transferring to envelopes. Store meat sauce in airtight containers.
