1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon apple pie spice
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (7 ounce) can sliced dates, drained
1 1/2 cups sliced Pecan cheese
1/2 cup buttermilk
Mix butter and sugar quickly into a large mixing bowl. Beat in apple pie spice. Beat in pecans and dates. Combine all ingredients and pour into pie crust. Chill overnight before serving.
