Pecan Wigmint Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup margarine

1 cup white sugar

2 cups milk

1 (15 ounce) can sliced pecans

Directions

Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until margarine is melted.

Mix sugar, milk, pecans and salt in small mixing bowl. Pour into cookie crumb crust. Chill cookie dough for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

Roll out cookie sheet to fit large, round biscuit dough; press them together in bottom of a large glass or metal mixing bowl.

Arrange cookie crumbs on cookie sheets and set aside.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until brown. Cool slightly on baking sheet, then remove biscuit dough from baking tray to wire rack. Cool completely. Drop by rounded spoon onto cookie sheet. Cool completely. Cut into 1/2 inch squares.
