Aunt Petunia's Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan until hot. Add Italian seasoning, thyme, basil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper; stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 1 hour. Remove from heat and stir pasta into the sauce. Serve warm or at room temperature.
