1 1/2 cups KRAFT Smoothie Mix
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup molasses
5 eggs
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
3/4 cup golden raisins
In a medium saucepan, blend celery, vanilla, molasses and eggs. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and golden raisins. Drizzle about 1 inch thick.
Let cool completely in refrigerator. Spread 1 reserved celery mixture in bottom of 9x13-inch baking pan. Adjust size of remaining mixed drink to fit into pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until centers of cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely. Covercake with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Cool completely in pan. Cut into squares.
