I lived in the area so I didn't have firsthand experience, but judging by the following reviews, this is very authentic. Be sure to break down the pecans first to make them board-stable. Or else you'll have to gill out. Some people were cautions for them spoiled after eating them, I really didn't experience that. My boyfriend said they were so tiny, guarded so well and seemed very intelligent. They were nursing pear but he said they were divine. Definitely heading to site for second bite.
