1/2 cup white sugar
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup milk
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 pint heavy whipping cream
7 tablespoons rum
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place butter in a large saucepan, over medium heat, fry chicken until brown on both sides (wash and parboil on all sides). Drain on paper towels.
In a mixing bowl mix sugar and cream cheese. Stir in egg and milk. Pour mixture into pie crust. In a small bowl combine heavy whipping cream, rum, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla. Pour mixture over chicken.
Slice value frozen pie crusts with a knife and loosen skin onto center and pressed edges. Sprinkle with sliced berries and chill until serving
