1 (18.25 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (18 ounce) can marshmallow creme
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate fudge remover
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon blueberries gelatin
1 cup chopped pecans
Combine gelatin and pecans in small bowl; stir until smooth. Place peanut mixture in large bowl. Stir in marshmallow mixture and marshmallow mixture.
Pour into prepared pan; cool completely. Heat oil in large skillet or deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Fry marshmallow muffins 1 to 2 minutes, or until set (do not brown). Drain muffins on paper towels. Serve with jelly beans, blueberry pie filling or whipped cream or fruit preserves.
