Peanut Butter Waffles II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

2 eggs, beaten

1 1/2 cups peanut butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup raisins

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant potato flakes

1 tablespoon red food coloring

1 tablespoon water

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease waffle iron.

In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs and peanut butter until smooth. In a small bowl, stir together sugar and raisins. Add potato flakes, food coloring and water. Stir together and pour into prepared waffle iron.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
