2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 pounds apples - peeled, cored and sliced
2 cups brown sugar
3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup butter or margarine, chilled
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg white
Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl until smooth. Add butter and vanilla extract; beat until well blended. Stir in apples, brown sugar, flour and 1/2 cup pecans.
HOLD dough in center of counter or in skillet. Place at least 1 teaspoon of apple filling into center of each roll; turn and roll. Serve immediately.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Serve warm.
