Oat Bran Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups oats

2 1/2 cups boiling water

1 cup uncooked egg noodles

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix boiling water with oats and stir until all oats are thoroughly absorbed. Add boiling water and oats together, stirring just until oats are partially absorbed. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

After the oats are absorbed, mix together the egg noodles, paprika, garlic powder, salt and oregano. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

While the oats are soaking, peel and slice 1 cup of the cooked, chopped oats. Remove skins and seeds, and replace with fresh oats.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake puddings in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
