1 (3 pound) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) can crushed pineapple
4 cups pecans
1 (2 ounce) can sliced almonds
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
2 cups fine rice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place cream cheese, pineapple, pecans and almonds in a medium bowl. Mix egg yolks, lemon juice and pecans.
Beat cream cheese, milk and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix together and pour into pastry shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 to 2 hours, until filling is bubbly and crust is golden. Cool slightly before cutting into slices.
