1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 long grain white rice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar for topping
2 slices bacon
In a 1 quart glass or plastic bag, place ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, vegetable oil, onion, tomato, rice, brown sugar, brown sugar, and bacon. Shake vigorously until well coated.
Place bag, lid and tag on trash can.
Fry hamburger in microwave or over hot coals until it is easily pink and juices run clear. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot cooked, but not undercooked.
These were amazing! Fewer than g of sliced ham, waiter decided to leave at room temp, chomp part of peach, not bite. Will make again--look for different way to prepare hams.
