2 teaspoons lemon extract
2 tablespoons white sugar
dash coffee vinegar
Beat eggs and milk together. Beat lemon extract, syrup and sugar together.

Make Lemonade In a large bowl, combine 3 cups crushed pecans, crushed ice cream, cream cheese and lemon extract. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are mixed. Spread evenly over pumpkin bread.
