1/3 cup milk
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
5 cubes chicken bouillon
1 cup water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 large large pork chops
3 bay leaves
1/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (125 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
In a medium sauce pot over medium heat, melt 1/3 cup milk and onion. Stir in 1 clove garlic, 5 cubes bouillon and water. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes. Slice pork into large cubes. Place cubes in a 9x13 inch baking dish, pour homemade chutney over cubes, and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
