4 (8 ounce) cans pineapple juice
2 (6 ounce) cans lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup water
In a mixing bowl, pour pineapple juice and lemon-lime juice in a large glass or plastic container. Stir gently by using metal spoon while stirring.
In another large glass or plastic container, pour water into a large pitcher and pour into gelatin mixture. Stir vigorously until mixture is dissolved and mixture is smooth.
Dissolve gelatin mixture in pineapple juice and lemon-lime juice. Stirring constantly, pour mixture into green jar, topping off with pineapple sprigs before pouring remaining pineapple juice.
Pour pineapple mixture into green jar with lemon-lime mixture.
Cover and shake vigorously until gelatin is fully dissolved. Refrigerate jar, 1 to 2 hours per jar.
