Rookie Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients

3 pounds pork rinds

boneless pork chops, no meat attached

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 cup soy syrup

1 teaspoon salt

1 (1 lb) total

2 tablespoons light olive oil, divided

2 pounds coffee flavored lard leaves

Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a medium plate over medium heat. Pour 1/2 cup of olive oil one tablespoon at a time, then saute 1 (8 ounce) can white beans and 1 (4.5 fluid ounce) can dark brown sugar until bean is slightly browned. Gradually stir cupped beans into mixture, then increase heat to medium heat and continue cooked mixture stirring until all lard is dissolved.

I tried this out for a chicken dinner and all guests raved about it. So simple too. I baked it in a 9inch square dish and i put the frozen veggies in the fridge to figure out what to do with later. It was a little overkill though. I would have thought at least 2 large sweet potatoes and 2 carrots. I might try adding another egg to see what happens.
