Looks great and performs well. However, I added more hot sauce than called for. I think I'll do ahead of time and refrigerate it to make it less tacky. The tofu and red mushrooms should be good sources of flavor.

I made this quick, easy appetizer for a party and they disappeared very quickly. Several people asked me for the recipe. I would definetly make it again.
