Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 1/2 cups whole milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed coconut

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, butter, flour, baking powder, baking soda and oats. Beat for 2 minutes, then stir in the milk and vanilla. Mix together until smooth. Fold in coconut, pecans and coconut. Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.

I gave it 4 stars because it was very good but I would double the cream cheese and broth. I like more sauce with my food.
