Ranch Beer Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

1 cup corn syrup

1 teaspoon grated lime zest

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/3 cup cider vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white sugar for garnish

Directions

In a large bowl, mix sugar, corn syrup, lime zest, lemon juice and vinegar. Bring to a slow boil. Stir steadily until mixture is thickened. You may notice that the fruit displays more starch in the middle when you mix the corn syrup and vinegar.

Stir corn syrup mixture into vinegar mixture and flavor with 1/8 teaspoon sugar. Serve warm.

Really good and very easy to make, terrific flavor. I chose this base over darker chocolate because I didnt have either ingredient and this was the closest I could get to authentice recipe. I did press it a bit up the sides and up the bowl so it was very slight on the cream cheese, but that is how I like my pumpkin pie! Since its in the mood for pudding, I will mention that I used light rum and cream. Will make this again!
