1 (8 ounce) package broccoli and onion (garbanzo beans) pasta, cooked and drained
2/3 cup olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 (16 ounce) package yellow cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 (6 ounce) container frozen mixed vegetables
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Add mixture; mix until well blended.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and egg whites. Stir in mixture. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Line a 5 inch springform pan or smaller pie pan with aluminum foil. Chill mixture overnight, and slice slices of pie as desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
