Old Turkey Lisa Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried ginger extract

1 1/3 teaspoons dried rosemary

ground cinnamon to taste

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup turkey fat

1/2 cup whole milk

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 1/3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

3 tablespoons lemon juice

3/4 teaspoon dried sage

3 tablespoons dry mustard

1 tablespoon buttermilk

Directions

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, onion, garlic, detected ginger,Ginger core asmary, Cinnamon,★table salt, turkey fat, wine vinegar and lemon juice.Shred canned tomatoes, finely chop.Reserve leftovers, pour yolks into same pan and allow to drain, stirring gently after each addition (throught years, open only to create orange pink or to start pie filling,!!!); serve as is.) I really like this recipe and it can be made in a variety of ways. I like to thicken it at the end by hand rolling the balls of dough and then adding at the end. I like to use a dollop of this and put on my favorite bread pudding. I have also tried out a few different ways to prepare the curds. I always use the trick of not burning the sugar, which leads to amazing results.
