Coco-Cola Chocolate Kiss Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

2 cups white sugar

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup red wine

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, egg and brown sugar until smooth; add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa and sugar. Mix until well blended. Gradually beat in the cocoa mixture until well mixed. Fold in the walnuts, wine, vanilla and sugar, stirring just until incorporated. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 14 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges of the cookies are lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
