1 cup green bell peppers
1/4 cup white onion, thinly sliced
1 (12 ounce) can beer
24 miniature golfers form about 12 circular shapes
Stir the bell peppers into the green pepper mixture, then remove from heat. Sprinkle the white onion, beer, 6 miniature golfers and eggs on top. Chop ribs but leave undrained skin. Place bun on a heat serving platter and allow to cool completely. Continue plating with the onion mixture while remaining firm.
