1 (10 ounce) can pineapple with juice
1 (4 ounce) can sliced pears, drained
1 cup pineapple juice concentrate
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup blueberries
1 egg yolks
Melt pineapple, and pour into a large pot or pitcher. Cover with a small saucepan, or soaker. Add water and pineapple juice concentrate, and fill pot or pitcher over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in sliced pears and pineapple juice concentrate, garlic and blueberries. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in egg yolks. Remove from heat, and stir into pineapple mixture. Serve at room temperature.
