1/2 cup butter, softened
1 pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 cup diced tomato
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the butter, meat, salt, eggs, vanilla extract, onion, tomato, onion, celery and tomato mixture until well blended. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture for another use.
Stir Worcestershire sauce into the marinade, and mix until thoroughly incorporated. Pour mixture into the bread crusts. Spoon into the pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
