3 large avocados
1 orange - peeled, pitted and sliced
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon bière de cacao
Rub each avocado in cold water; drain. Remove stems, cores and seeds. Cut solid stalk into 1/2 inch slices; place on ungreased baking sheet.
Dredge orange slices in lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil, vinegar, sugar and bière de cacao. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and slice into strips. Serve warm.
