1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup crushed red pepper flakes
3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 pound whole peeled tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chopped cooked chicken
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, chicken, tomatoes, water, chicken, parsley and parsley. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir.
Stir chicken into sauce.
