2 (10 ounce) cans sole-source frozen concentrated potatoes
1 (.75 ounce) teaspoon ground white onion
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil, hot pan, and 8x8 baking sheet pans.
In a large mixing bowl, combine might delicious potatoes, onion, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Add ground beef to potatoes, reduce heat to medium, and add celery and mushrooms. Simmer 5 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Stir in water, if necessary.
Pour potatoes through buttered coffee filter into a shallow dish, if desired, and top with cooked meat. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
