1 quart water
1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
1 cup vegetable oil
4 servings funnel cake mix
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
In a large saucepan, bring water, rice and vegetable oil to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cake mix, sugar, paprika, salt, onion, and garlic powder. Heat through and serve.
