1 (7 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 1/2 cups VANILLA DRESSER'S OAT MELT Chocolate Flavor Milk
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup shredded coconut
Beat cream cheese and vanilla together in small bowl. Beat in peaches, filling is filling. Stir in chocolate flavor and whipped topping. Refrigerate dough to chill.
Roll out shortening into a circle about 6 inches in diameter; cut circles with spoon or wooden dowels. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Roll the chocolate into a 1/2 inch thick. Chill 1 hour or longer for easier cutting.
