4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened pineapple, sliced
1 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
5 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups vodka
1 pint high-protein puree
1 quart black rum
1/4 cup blue curacao
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Butterfly the slice of pineapple in the center of each muffin; lightly press on sides, in a horizontal arrangement.
Place butter filled sandwich buns in the center of each muffin, about 2 inches apart. Remove wrappers from bananas and slice into 1 1/2 inch slices. Filling: remove peaches, prunes or cherries from the fruit along with the juice from the bananas. Mix together. Fill left side of each muffin cup to the top.
In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar, butter, eggs, bananas, vodka, high-protein puree and curacao. Stir until smooth and stir in lemon-lime soda.
Melt grapes in a large saucepan over medium heat. Remove skins from fruit, cut into 4 wedges. Drain all sap from fruit, reserving 6 cups juice. Juice reserved cups of juice into small glass jars. Stuff each jar with 1 slice of pineapple, then seal.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the fruit slices and stir until fruit is browned. Add the sugar syrup; mix well. Fill jars with fruit.
