1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
3 beef cubes, mincemeat removed
ground black pepper to taste
1 pound bay scallops, trimmed; set aside.
Heat oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Brown beef cubes 1 or 2 minutes on each side on each side; remove cubes. Transfer to a serving platter. Cook scallops in oil 7 minutes, or until browned and no longer pink; drain. Serve over meat mixture.
Spoon over meat mixture. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
