1 (1 pound) package herb-seasoned dry bread mix
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C.) Line baking sheets with foil.
Mix together dry bread mix and egg yolks. In a 3 quart baking dish, pour half of the egg mixture over bread, followed by the bread mixture.
Spread half of the egg mixture over bread mixture.
Spoon remaining bread mixture over all. Stir in the milk, cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and seasoning salt.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
