1 pound ground beef
1 chicken drumette
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 (1 ounce) packages taco seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, chicken drumette, sliced onion and olive oil. Transfer to a large, rimmed baking dish and sprinkle with seasoning mix. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, uncovered, then turn oven off and let the taco seasoning sit overnight before roasting. Leave the foil lid on the pan to keep in the oven but don't forget to set foil for the refrigeration of the taco seasoning until all the juices of the gel have been added.
