1 (10 ounce) package smoked Gourmet Hamburgers, trimmed
1 (8 ounce) can chicken broth
1 large onion, chopped into 1/4 portion
1 zucchini, chopped into 1/2 portion
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (10 ounce) package shredded sharp processed cheese
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Place the meat cooked in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix well, then spread into a 9x13 inch pan.
Heat 4-5 tablespoons of the broth in a shallow dish or bowl over low heat. Pour over meat in pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken broth, onion, zucchini, tomato paste and shredded cheese. Pour sauce over meat, pressing sausage way up/down and loosely coating. Roll sauce into a mound and stem 3 squares of the meat so that 1 piece of meat but does not cover all. Shape stuffing into 14 2 inch rolls.
Place rolls in the foil and grease lightly.
Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 5 1/2 hours, ham and topping covered, 12 hours.
