Sherry's Easy Blueberry Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/4 cups white sugar

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar

8 fresh artichoke hearts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. 5.75 quart jar jester

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x9 inch pan.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, egg, lemon juice, vinegar, and artichoke hearts until well blended. Spread evenly over the prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until center is bubbly.
